Our host family placements provide a dependable option for students who still need a base nearby.
We fully understand that on-campus accommodation is the first choice. Our host families know that too — and they’re here to offer a supportive stepping stone. For many families, this option has made the difference between securing a place at Hartpury or missing out entirely.
While some students move into halls later in the term, many choose to stay with their host families for the full academic year.

We only take a limited number of Hartpury students each year to ensure high-quality care and the right host family matches. Once full, we cannot exceed capacity.
To make things as fair and transparent as possible, we follow a simple process:

This doesn’t commit you to anything — it simply ensures you’re in the loop and considered when spaces become available.
We also receive emails from the email that goes out to parents from the college. There is no need to register twice.
RECEIVE EMAIL WITH FULL INFORMATION PACK
Once the email is sent, places are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
